Support

Find the help you need.

Start with the problem you are trying to solve. HISHI support stays focused on real product behavior and clear next steps.

Start with the basics.

Start simple. Choose Note or Reminder directly. Add more only when you need it.

Know which one you are working with.

Notes and Reminders are independent starting points. A Note can become a Reminder later, but it does not have to.

Use Critical when missing the Reminder really matters.

Critical strengthens the same Reminder. Device settings, operating system behavior and other platform factors can still affect delivery and presentation.

Share the Reminder without sharing everything else.

Sharing should carry the Reminder and the context needed to understand it — not unrelated private HISHI content.

Know what is local, what is synced, and what can be recovered.

A supported item can exist locally on the current device before it has synchronized successfully.

No successful sync = no recovery on another device.

Know where your account is active and what you can control.

Account and device access controls are separate from recovery. Removing access changes who can use the account or session; recovery still depends on successful synchronization.

When self-service is not enough, make the next step clear.

Contact options will only be shown when the corresponding HISHI support channel is active and monitored.

HISHI support should never ask for your password, one-time code, recovery secret or full payment-card details.
