Using HISHI
By using HISHI, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm HISHI, other users or the service itself.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your HISHI account secure and for activity performed through your account.
Notes, Reminders and Critical mode
HISHI helps you save information and create reminders. Critical mode is designed to give selected reminders stronger attention behavior.
It does not guarantee that a reminder will always be delivered, displayed or noticed in every circumstance. Device settings, operating-system restrictions, connectivity and other factors may affect reminder behavior.
Your content
Your Notes, Reminders and other content remain yours.
You give HISHI only the permissions needed to store, synchronize, process or share that content when you use those features.
Sharing
When you share a Note or Reminder, you are responsible for choosing the intended recipient and for the content you share.
Sharing one item does not give the recipient access to the rest of your private HISHI space.
Cloud sync and recovery
Cloud recovery is available only for data that has successfully synchronized with HISHI.
No successful sync = no recovery on another device.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be offered through supported app stores. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and applicable refunds are handled according to the rules of the relevant app-store platform.
Service availability
HISHI is designed to be reliable, but no software or online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, device limitations, operating-system behavior or technical issues.
Account deletion
You can delete your HISHI account through the available account-deletion flow.
Deleting your HISHI account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription.
Changes to HISHI
HISHI may update, improve, add or remove features as the product develops. Material changes that affect these Terms should be reflected in an updated version of the Terms.
Responsible use
You may not misuse HISHI, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse other users or use HISHI for unlawful purposes.
Terms updates
These Terms may be updated when HISHI changes or when legal requirements change. The current version should always be available on the HISHI website.
