What HISHI uses
HISHI may use your email, account information, Notes, Reminders, settings, sharing information and subscription status when you use those features.
We use this information to operate HISHI and provide the features you choose to use.
On your device and in the cloud
HISHI can keep supported data on your device so the app can continue working without a connection.
When cloud sync is available and enabled, supported data can be synchronized for continuity and recovery.
No successful sync = no recovery on another device.
Sharing
When you share a Note or Reminder, HISHI processes the information needed to deliver it to the intended recipient.
Sharing one item does not give the recipient access to the rest of your private HISHI space.
Notifications, voice and device security
HISHI may use system notification, voice-input and device-authentication features when you choose to use them.
Biometric authentication is handled by your device. HISHI does not receive your fingerprint or face data.
Subscriptions
When subscriptions are active, HISHI may process the information needed to verify subscription status and manage access to paid features.
Purchases and cancellations are handled through the relevant app-store platform.
Security
Data synchronized with HISHI is encrypted in storage and protected by access controls.
Account deletion
HISHI provides an account-deletion flow. Deleting your account removes your HISHI account access and associated HISHI cloud data.
Deleting a HISHI account does not by itself cancel an active app-store subscription.
Service providers
HISHI uses infrastructure and platform providers where needed to provide hosting, notifications and subscription verification.
